Complex Director of Food and Beverage
Che McKissic, a 2009 graduate of Howard University with a degree in Hospitality Management, started his career in restaurant leadership in Washington, D.C. Throughout his career, he's specialized in beverage curation, earning his sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. He then became the Corporate Beverage Director for Donohoe Hospitality, where he was responsible for curating beverage programs and operations for multiple hotels in the D.C. area. Che now serves as the Complex Director of Food and Beverage at the Reston AC and Residence Inn, which is home to Seven Restaurant and Syn Rooftop Bar & Lounge, a premier rooftop craft cocktail bar in Northern Virginia. Che's "people-first" philosophy drives his passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences, one-of-a-kind cocktails, and beautiful memories.
